We are available to help you to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether. In order to do that you must notify us at info@rensofoods.com within 24-hour of placing your order. Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order after that amount of time.
After your order has been shipped, due to the consumable and perishable nature of most products, as well as the health and safety of our customers and staff, we do not offer returns or exchanges. For any issue with your order once received, you must notify us at info@rensofoods.com within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to inability to deliver and the package(s) still sealed, we - Renso Foods, at its own discretion, will decide if a partial refund is applicable after calculating all shipping expenses related to the original shipping label(s) and return label(s). If your order is returned by the shipping company and the package(s) not sealed anymore, no refund will be provided. In all cases where a package is returned, Renso Foods is under no obligation to refund any amount.
